Welcome to Clarkston Area homes. This is the site for Davisburg, Holly, Waterford and Clarkston waterfront homes, Clarkston Condos, and Northern Oakland County homes and up to 4 apartments in one building.

Oakland County has many lakes with beautiful homes on them.

Clarkston, Holly, Davisburg, Waterford and other communities in Oakland County, have parks and boat launches on the various lakes. Some of the parks and launches are available to those who live in the area. Other county and state parks have daily and yearly fees. Usually quite low.

Interested in vacant land and to build your dream house? There is lots of vacant land for ranch homes, homes with walkout lower levels and other types of homes.

Oakland County is a beautiful area with country roads with open land, cider mills, craft stores.

Holly is The Festival Village. The Renaissance Festival is held weekends in August and September, plus Labor Day. This festival has spoofs and skits done in the Renaissance era of England. The language is Old English with food of that era. Doesn't a turkey leg sound delicious?

Carry Nation Festival is held the second weekend in September. This is the celebration of Carry Nation's visit to Holly in the early 1900's and lectured on the disasters caused by booze. To emphasize this, she used her umbrella to smash the liquor bottles on the shelves at the pub.

Dicken's Festival is held weekends from Thanksgiving to the weekend before Christmas.  Actors do skits of Charles Dicken's A Christmas Carol with Tiny Tim, Scrooge and other characters.

Anytime of year the antique shops are open, except Mondays. The area is known for its antique shops.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. Antique cars are driven to downtown Holly and the owners show them off, swap stories and enjoy talking with visitors.

In the fall, a cider mill located in Holly sells cider, delicious doughnuts, apples, and hay rides.

Springfield Township/Davisburg holds the Oakland County 4-H Fair the last week of July. There are judging of animals, crafts and other 4-H activities. The Miracle of Birth tent has expectant mares, does and sows ready to give birth. Some offspring are born at the fair. Watching a new born practicing jumping is exciting to watch! See him jump, there, there and there! The 4-H fair also has carnival rides, rodeo and demolition derby.
